By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display product colors and details as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee your screen will display them with perfect accuracy.

4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide, including your shipping address, is accurate and complete. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available through Shopify’s secure checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund for the price of the product.

5. Promotions & Discount Codes
Discount codes are limited to one per order, cannot be combined with other offers or applied to bundles unless stated, and have no cash value. We reserve the right to modify or end any promotion at any time.

6. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control, or for packages delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. 7. Returns, Refunds & Happiness Guarantee
Returns, refunds, and our Happiness Guarantee are governed by our Return Policy, available on our FAQ page. We reserve the right to deny returns or claims that do not meet its conditions.

8. Marketplace Purchases
Purchases made through third-party marketplaces, including Amazon and TikTok Shop, are subject to those platforms’ terms and return policies.

9. Product Use & Safety
Our fur-freshening sprays are formulated for external use on dogs only. Always follow the directions provided, and avoid spraying near the eyes, nose, mouth, and ears, or on broken or irritated skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult your veterinarian. If your dog has a known health or skin condition, consult your veterinarian before use. Our collar charm is a decorative accessory, not a toy. Remove it if your dog chews on it, and supervise use. Results may vary. We are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from misuse, failure to follow directions, or use on animals other than dogs.

10. Reviews & User Content
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content to us or tag us on social media, you grant WILDFUR LLC permission to use, reproduce, and share that content for marketing purposes, with permission and credit where possible. You confirm the content is your own and does not infringe on anyone else’s rights.

11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of WILDFUR LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WILDFUR LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
