we accept returns on unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• the product must be unused and in its original condition
• original packaging must be included
• the return must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date

how to start a return:
email hello@wildfurpet.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. we’ll reply with a prepaid return label and instructions. return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, so the label cost will be deducted from your refund. original shipping charges are non-refundable, since those are paid to the carrier.

refunds:
once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. please allow up to 15 days for the funds to appear in your account.

email us a photo within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll get it sorted for you!

give wildfur 20 days. if you (or your pup) isn’t in love with it, email hello@wildfurpet.com within 20 days of delivery and we’ll swap you to another scent, product, or refund the product price.
